Tijana Dabić completed her undergraduate studies in English Language and Literature (Bachelor – 2006)and Master Degree – 2008), while she gained the title of Doctor of Science in the field of Teaching Methodology at the Department of Pedagogy, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad in 2016. She started her teaching career in the private school of foreign languages ​​”Britannica” in Novi Sad (2005 -2008), where she gained significant experience in teaching a foreign language at all levels. She started her career at the University of Sinergija in 2008 as a teacher of English, but in the meantime the focus of teaching shifted to the Faculty of Philology and a group of didactic-methodological subjects, which has become her greatest interest and domain in which she develops.From 2017-2021 she has taught in the 2nd cycle of studies in the study program English Language and Literature. The crown of her career was the appointment for the position of the Dean of the Faculty of Philology at the University of Synergy and the Head of the Master’s Study Program in English Language and Literature (2017-2021). As the head of department  she conscientiously and responsibly organized and managed the entire work process and the development of educational and scientific activities. She is constantly perfecting her knowledge and skills at conferences and seminars and actively participates in them. She is the author of a large number of publications (papers (over 30) and textbooks (9).

In 2021 she decided to make the shift in career and exploit and demonstrate all her knowledge and competences placing them in the digital sector by sharing her insights and materials with the world.  She is the founder and the creator of the Tradigital English Teacher platform. The focus of the platform is on language learning, but it also deals with providing information in the field of education and analysis of different approaches to teaching and learning in general. The philosophy of our business is based on the idea that there is no one ideal solution when it comes to teaching, but a choice from a range of methods and activities that best suits the learning situation and its participants
